Revamp of the CMB & CMD Section
Added a MISC Modifier section to both CMB & CMD.
Added additional Space for notes on Modifiers.
**Fixed** the Size modifier calculation for CMB & CMD so that it correctly calculated the size bonus instead of providing inverse value.

Basic Attack Bonuses (BAB) are now auto calculated based on class selections and lvls entered under Skill Ranks section.
Base Saves (FOR, REF, WIL) are now auto calculated based on class selection and lvls entered under Skill Ranks section.
Major Backend conversion of class selection and its relationship to other fields. This will allow for more auto filling of fields based on Class selection in the future.
